（二）The judges will be experts of varies industries, people who have been engaged in exchanges at home and abroad for a long time, including winners of the Chinese Friendship Award and others.

（三）Excellent works will be widely publicized, not only be published in International Talent Journal, but also submitted to mainstream media such as People's Daily, Xinhua news agency, China Daily, Global times, China.org.cn and CGTN,etc.

（四）Authors of outstanding works will be invited to participate in relevant important activities, such as 2021 Talent Forum and Global Talent Summit.
